The balcony will reward you with a great view: Napier Girls High and road to Sacred Heart College.

If you stand at the right end of the balcony you will see the blue building of the Napier Girls High (top right in this picture). Sacred Heart College is located right across the road on the left side of the pictured yellow building which is the end of the road. In this picture, you can see the fenced side of the road.
